These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the HowlHub mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Prism Elite Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as HowlHub ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01Eligibility
You must be 18 or over. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18. We may use age assurance (including a third-party provider) to check this. We may suspend or delete an account if we believe the user is under 18.
02Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@howlhub.app if you think someone else is using it.
One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else.
Your public profile must represent a real person. You may wear a pup hood, mask, or gear in photos. You do not have to show your face. Profile photos and videos must be of you, or images you own or have permission to use. Do not post pictures of other people without their consent, stolen images, AI-generated fake people, or photos that pretend you are someone else.
Photographers and content creators may include examples of their work on their profile provided they own the images or have clear permission from the people in them.
Artwork, logos, or graphics are allowed on profiles as long as they do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate someone else.
03Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service for anything illegal.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
- Post, send, or request sexual or otherwise inappropriate images of anyone under 18, or any image of a minor. That includes profile photos, chats, packs, events, and gear albums. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
- Solicit money, advertise escort services, or offer sexual services for payment.
- Spam, phish, or distribute malware.
- Scrape or extract data from HowlHub without our written permission.
- Try to bypass security, age checks, bans, or location settings of other users.
04User content
You keep ownership of content you post. You grant us a licence to host, display, and moderate that content so we can run the Service.
We may remove content or restrict an account that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
You represent that you have the right to post the content and to grant this licence.
05Events
HowlHub does not organise, promote, or run events as the event host. Events on the Service are posted by members.
If an event is an official organised event, the person posting it must say whether they are affiliated with the organisers or only attending. HowlHub is not responsible for what happens at events, ticket sales, or whether an event is genuine. Meet in public first and use your own judgement.
Event posts may include photos of the event, venue, or attendees. If you post photos of other people, you must have their permission or the photos must be of a public event where photography was expected. Do not post private or non-consensual images of others.
Artwork, logos, or graphics are allowed on event posts as long as they do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate someone else.
06Location
If you turn location on, other users may see you on the map or grid. You can hide your location or approximate / randomise it in settings. Exact address is never shown as a street address. You choose what to share. Location is not a guarantee of who is nearby or that it is safe to meet.
07Messages, packs and media
Chats, packs, photos, videos, and voice notes go through our systems so we can operate the Service, enforce the rules, and scan uploads for illegal content. The Service is not end-to-end encrypted.
08Subscriptions and payments
8.1 Tiers
HowlHub has a free tier and paid tiers (including Premium and Alpha). What each tier includes is shown in the app. Prices may change; you will see the price before you pay.
8.2 Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Paid tiers are subscriptions. Length and price are shown in the app before you buy.
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown when you subscribed (or the current price if we have told you of a change and you have agreed).
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. HowlHub cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you.
If you subscribe through Google Play, payment and renewal are handled by Google under Google Play's terms. You manage or cancel that subscription in Google Play.
If you subscribe on the web, payment is handled by our web payment provider (such as Stripe) on the terms shown at checkout.
8.3 Free period
New users may get a limited free period on a paid tier so they can try it. That does not take payment details and does not start a paid subscription. When the free period ends you go back to the free tier unless you choose to subscribe. If you buy a subscription during a free period, any unused free time may be forfeited as the app stores require.
8.4 Refunds
Store purchases follow Apple or Google refund rules. We may refund unused paid time when the law requires it, or if we choose to, including if we ban an account that had a paid subscription.
09Bans and closure
We may suspend or delete an account for breach of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or if we have to by law. You may delete your account in Settings.
10Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for other users, in-person meetings, or events posted by members.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism Elite Ltd (trading as HowlHub) is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law says we cannot limit.
12Indemnity
You agree to cover Prism Elite Ltd (trading as HowlHub) for claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country says you may use your local courts.
14Changes
We may change these Terms. We will notify you in the app of material changes and may ask you to agree before you continue.
