Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the HowlHub mobile application (“Service”) operated by HowlHub (“us,” “we,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use HowlHub. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
02Account registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Share content involving minors in a sexual context.
- Solicit money, advertise escort services, or engage in prostitution.
- Spam, phish, or distribute malware.
- Attempt to access other accounts or circumvent security measures.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from HowlHub without written permission.
- Use HowlHub to transmit unsolicited commercial messages.
04User content
You retain ownership of content you post on HowlHub. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
05Subscriptions and payments
5.1 Free and premium tiers
HowlHub offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are described in the app and subject to change.
5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe depending on your platform. Prices are displayed before purchase. All sales are final except where required by law.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform’s subscription management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
06Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
07Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HowlHub and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
09Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HowlHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
11Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app and require your agreement before you can continue using HowlHub.
